Hello everyone!
I performed a full set at Nieuwe Erven’s Kampvuursessies (‘Campfire sessions’) in Amersfoort on Saturday, April 21, 2012. I must say I really enjoyed this gig! The performance took place in an old farm that has a lovely atmosphere, and the audience was small but very eager to listen to songs that (for the most part) they had never heard before.
One of the songs I sang was ‘Go Out And Play’, a song about the importance of being able to experience joy, as in the carefree joy of a kid playing. The artwork shown below accompanied the studio version of this song, released in June of 2011 (see here).
